Appointment of Virginia Holmes to the Board
The Board of Jupiter European Opportunities Trust PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Virginia Holmes as an independent non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 7 November 2017.
Ms Holmes is a Director of Intermediate Capital Group PLC, British Airways Pension Trustees Ltd, Post Office Limited, USS Investment Management Limited and Investor Forum CIC. Ms Holmes was previously a Director of JPMorgan Claverhouse Investment Trust plc.
As at the date of her appointment, Ms Holmes was the owner of 6,250 shares in the Company held in a nominee account.
There are no other details to be disclosed under paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
