In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14 the Company announces that Cath Keers has taken up a non-executive director role with TalkTalk Telecom Group plc with effect from 1 August 2016.

There are no further disclosures required to be made in respect of Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
