Waterman Group PLC30 June 2005 WATERMAN APPOINTS NEW DIRECTOR Waterman Group plc ("Waterman"), one of the UK's leading multi disciplinaryengineering and environmental consultancies, announces today the appointment ofJohn Waiting as an executive director, with effect from 1st July 2005. John,aged 48, has over 15 years service with the Group and is currently managingdirector of Waterman's civil engineering subsidiary, which contributessignificantly to turnover and profitability.
