Deal Group Media PLC21 November 2005 Press Release 21 November 2005 Deal Group Media plc ("DGM" or "the Group") Board changes Deal Group Media plc, the full service online marketing group, announces theappointment of John Porter to the Board as Executive Chairman with immediateeffect. John, who has significant PLC experience particularly within the technology andon-line sectors, will take a hands on role within the business. He will alsooversee the Group's relationship with investors along with Andrew Dickson,Finance Director. Adrian Moss remains Chief Executive and will retain the operational lead,focusing on the completion of the implementation of DGM Pro and growing thecustomer base. Lord Stone of Blackheath, who moves to the role of Deputy Chairman, said: "Having strengthened the commercial and technical management within the business,we have appointed a hands on Executive Chair with knowledge of the Group andexperience in this field."
