Directorate Change
The Board of APC announces that Rob Smith, Finance Director, has tendered his resignation from the Board, and will now begin serving the notice period of his Service Agreement until June, during which time the Company will seek to recruit his replacement. Until that date Rob will continue in his role as Finance Director, supporting APC's existing finance team, to complete the half year financial reporting for the six months ending 28 February 2014 and to help ensure an orderly succession.
The Board wishes to thank Rob for his contribution to APC and wishes him well for the future.
