Kingspan Group Plc, the leading international provider of low energy building solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Geoff Doherty as an executive director with effect from today. As previously announced Mr Doherty joins the Group as Chief Financial Officer designate. Mr Doherty (39) was previously the Chief Financial Officer of Greencore Group Plc.

Mr Doherty does not hold any shares in the Company. There are no disclosures required to be made pursuant to Rules 6.6.7 (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules.
