Directorate Change

 

Coal of Africa Limited ("the Company" or "CoAL") announces Mr Wayne Koonin, Finance Director, has today resigned as a Director with immediate effect, to pursue other interests. Mr Koonin will remain employed by the Company for a period of four months until 31 March 2013, to assist with the transition of responsibilities.

David Brown, Chairman of CoAL, said: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Wayne for his commitment and contribution in what has been a difficult and challenging two year period for the Company and wish him well for the future. Wayne's ongoing association with the Company will provide continuation during the transition phase. The Company has begun the process of selection for a successor and will advise on developments when appropriate."
