Kellan announces that Quentin Spratt has today resigned with immediate effect as a non-executive director of the Company, in order to pursue his other business interests.
Tony Reeves, Chairman of Kellan, commented: "I would like to thank Quentin for all his contributions and support to the Group over the last two years and wish him well for the future."
