Announcement by Ecclesiastical Insurance Office plc

The Directors are pleased to announce that Mrs Jacinta Whyte has been appointed Deputy Group Chief Executive and Executive Director subject to regulatory approval, and will assume responsibility for the Group's general insurance operations and has overall strategic leadership accountabilities.

Mr S A Wood will resign from his role as a director and from executive office with effect from 12 June 2013. The Board thanks Steve for his commitment and contribution to the Company and wish him well for the future.
