Non-Executive Director Change

As previously disclosed in the Company's final results released on 19 May 2010, UK Mail Group announces that Michael Kane will retire as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from today.

Michael has been involved in the Group since its very early days and remains a committed long term shareholder. The Board would like to place on record its sincere thanks to him for all he has done to help create such a strong and successful business, and wishes him well in his retirement.
