Ecclesiastical Insurance Office plc ("EIO") announces that, with immediate effect, Mr William Samuel, Chairman and Mr David Christie, Deputy Chairman/Senior Independent Director are retiring from the Board.
Mr Edward Creasy succeeds Mr Samuel as Chairman of the Board and as Chairman of the Group Nominations Committee.
Mr John Hylands, a non-executive director of the company since 2007, is appointed as Deputy Chairman.
