Sirius, the real estate company with a portfolio of 38 large mixed-use commercial sites in Germany, is pleased to announce the appointment of Justin Michael Schaefer (aged 24) as a Non-executive Director with immediate effect. Justin will replace Eitan Milgram as the Weiss Asset Management LP representative on the board of the Company.

Justin Schaefer is an investment analyst at Weiss Asset Management, an investment manager based in Boston, MA. Justin has worked at Weiss since 2008 where he has overseen the fund's real estate investments. Prior to Weiss, Justin graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, MA.
