Metals Ex today announces that Tim Wheeler, Finance Director, has resigned from the Company in order to pursue other business interests.  

Jonathan Beardsworth, Managing Director, commented:

"We would like to thank Tim for his substantial contribution to both the Board and our operations in Manila since he joined us in July 2008 and wish him well for the future.

"Over the next few months we will seek to add to the Board as we move ahead with the financing of the project later in the year."
