HaiKe Chemical Group Limited ("HaiKe" or the "Company") announces that Mr. Eugene Wong, currently a Non-Executive Director of the Company will step down from the Board with effect from 28 October 2010. Mr. Wong leaves to concentrate on his other business activities.

The Board thanks Mr. Wong for his valuable contribution to the Company since its Admission to AIM in February 2007 and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

The Company have begun the search for a successor. Mr Wong will remain Chairman of the Audit Committee until his resignation takes effect.
