SALMAN AMIN TO JOIN ITV BOARD

ITV plc announces that Salman Amin will be joining the Board as a non-executive director with effect from 9 January 2017.

Salman is Chief Operating Officer, Global Commercial Division, SC Johnson & Son Inc. Previously he held various positions with Proctor & Gamble and PepsiCo and was a non-executive director of Elizabeth Arden Inc.

Sir Peter Bazagette, Chairman of ITV plc, said:
