Ecclesiastical Insurance Office plc ("EIO") announces that, with effect from 31 March 2017, Mr Edward Creasy will resign as Chairman and Director of the Board.
Mr John Hylands will succeed Mr Creasy as Chairman of the Board effective from 31 March 2017.
Mr John Hylands has been a non-executive director of the company since 2007.
