Directorate Changes
Insetco announces that Clive Cooke, CEO, has stepped down from the Board to pursue his other business interests with which the board wishes him every success. Joanne Cutmore will assume the role of CEO and the day to day running of the Company.
The Board, which includes experience in life settlements, corporate finance, compliance, business start-ups and accountancy, has begun to rationalise the Company's overheads and undertake a review of the Company's business activities with a view to implementing a growth plan.
The Board expects to appoint another director to supplement the Board and a further announcement will be made in due course.
