Directorate Changes
Following a Board meeting held after today's Annual General Meeting, Hill & Smith Holdings PLC confirms that the previously announced changes to the Board are effective immediately. As a result D L Grove becomes a Non-Executive Director whilst continuing in his role as Chairman and J F Lennox's appointment as a Non-Executive Director is ratified.
