Mr Neil Maidment has been appointed as a non-executive director of Ecclesiastical Insurance Office plc with immediate effect.
Pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules, Mr Maidment is currently an independent non-executive director of Lloyd's of London. In addition, Mr Maidment was an executive director and Chief Underwriting Officer of Beazley PLC until 31 December 2018.
