Directorate Change

The Board of WH Ireland announces that Alan Kershaw, Finance and Operations Director, has, by mutual agreement, today stepped down from the Board and will be leaving the Company at the end of February. The Board will be in a position shortly to announce a successor to the role of Finance Director.

The Board wish to record their thanks to Alan for his contribution to the development of the business during his tenure at the Company and wish him well for the future.

Alan will work with Richard Killingbeck (WH Ireland's CEO) to ensure a smooth handover of responsibilities.
