This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 12, 2014, has appointed Mr. Andrew Robb as an Additional Director/ Independent Director on the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr Robb, a director of the Company for 7 years, did not offer himself for re-election at the Annual General Meeting in August 2014. However, in the interest of maintaining continuity and providing guidance at a time of change in Tata Steel Europe, the Board has requested him to reconsider his position and he has accepted the new appointment. He remains Chairman of Tata Steel Europe.
