Resignation of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

SNR, the AIM quoted natural resources developer operating in South Africa which indirectly owns 74% of Elitheni Coal (Pty) Limited, announces that Mr. Alexander MacDonald resigned on 6th July 2014 as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Director of the Company.

The current executive management team of Gavin Bonnar, Mike Drozd and Michael Shore continue to work towards appointing a new Nomad.
