Resignation of Director

Tricor announces that Joe Case has stepped down from the Board with immediate effect.

Joe will continue to work closely with Tricor, to ensure that the VAT reclaim from HM Revenue and Customs is progressed to a successful conclusion. Tricor is expecting its Tribunal Hearing in Q4 of this year.

The Board would like to sincerely thank Joe for the contribution that he has made to the Company.
