Commercial Bank announces a change in Board of Directors 

Replacing the Representative of Nasser bin Faleh Group W.L.L. on Commercialbank Board 

At a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Commercial Bank of Qatar held on 19 April 2009, the Board approved the resignation of Sh. Nasser bin Faleh Al Thani from his position as a director on the Board and approved the request of Nasser Bin Faleh Group W.L.L. for appointing Sh. Ahmad bin Nasser bin Faleh Al Thani to represent the Company on Commercialbank Board instead of Sh. Nasser.

This resolution is subject to the approval of the Regulatory Authorities.
