RESIGNATION OF FINANCE DIRECTOR

Medsea Estates Group plc announces the resignation of Graham Jeffs as Finance Director with immediate effect. He leaves in order to pursue other business commitments. 

The Board wishes to express its appreciation for the valuable contribution Mr Jeffs has made during his two and a half years with Medsea and wishes him well in the future.
