The Board of JPMorgan Russian Securities plc (the Company) is pleased to announce that Philippe Delpal will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect after the Company's Annual General Meeting on 12th March 2019.
Philippe is currently an Operational Partner in Baring Vostok Capital Partners, one of the largest Russian Private Equity firms. He is also a non-executive director of TCS Group Holding Plc and was until 2018 a Director of HMS Group Plc and Komercijalna Banka a.d. Beograd. He was also a Director of Blackrock Emerging Europe Plc, which was placed into a solvent members voluntary liquidation on 23 November 2018.
At the date of this announcement Philippe holds 5,268 shares in the Company.
Philippe has extensive financial services experience and has been living in Russia since 2004.
No further information is to be disclosed in respect of paragraphs 9.6.13 (2) - (6) of the UKLA Listing Rules for Philippe Delpal.
