Imperial Innovations Group plc ("Imperial Innovations") Directorate Change

Consistent with his resignation as Pro-Rector for Development and Corporate Affairs at Imperial College London, Dr Tidu Maini has resigned as a non-executive director of Imperial Innovations Group plc. In due course Imperial College London will appoint a replacement non-executive director, as provided for by the terms of its Relationship Agreement with Imperial Innovations Group.
