Retirement of Board Director

Derwent London plc announces that on 31 December 2015, June de Moller retired as a non-executive director of the Company. She joined the Board of London Merchant Securities plc in 2001 after a lengthy career at Carlton Communications ending as Managing Director. June became a non-executive director of Derwent London plc after the merger with London Merchant Securities plc in 2007 and the Board acknowledges with gratitude her expertise, commitment and sound judgement which have been greatly valued and appreciated.
