HaiKe Chemical Group Limited ("HaiKe" or the "Company") announces that Mr. Chunming Xu, currently a Non-Executive Director of the Company, the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee, will step down from the Board with effect from 14 February 2010. Mr. Xu leaves to concentrate on his other business commitments.

The Board thanks Mr. Xu for his valuable contribution to the Company since its Admission to AIM in February 2007 and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

Following the departure of Mr. Chunming Xu, HaiKe is pleased to announce that Mr. Raymond Wong, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, will be appointed as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee with effect from 14 February 2010.
