Appointment of director, digital and social media

Vitesse Media Plc ("the Company"), the AIM listed media business, is pleased to announce the appointment to the board of Jonathan James Sumner, 35, effective May 1st 2012. Jonathan will take responsibility for development of Vitesse's digital and social media delivery. Jonathan joined the Company in a business development role in 2003.

Executive Chairman, Sara Williams, said " The appointment of Jonathan to the Vitesse board is an acknowledgement of the rising importance to our business of digital and social media for delivery of our publications and research. We have developed a fully digitised portfolio of titles for distribution online and through apps, as we adapt the business to the changing demands of our markets."
