Director update

SEC (AIM: SECG) announces that following Rhydian Bankes' resignation from the board of Porta Communications Plc, he will not become Group Chief Financial Officer of the Combined Group on Admission. Anna Milito, current Chief Financial Officer of the Company, will become Interim Group Chief Financial Officer of the Combined Group following Admission.

The Company is in the process of completing the search for a new Group Chief Financial Officer for the Combined Group and a further announcement will be made in due course.

Definitions used in this announcement are the same as set out in the Admission Document published on 5 July 2019.
