Egdon Resources PLC04 May 2005 Egdon Resources plc Director Shareholdings Egdon Resources plc (the "Company") has been informed that Non-ExecutiveDirector Walter Roberts has today purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in theCompany at 37.75p each. Mr Roberts is now the beneficial owner of 576,750ordinary shares, representing 1.12% of the current issued share capital. The Company has also been informed that Non-Executive Director John Rix hastoday purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 37p each.
