Sopheon has been notified that Arif Karimjee has transferred 4,600 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be held through his ISA. His total beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 50,000 Ordinary Shares.
