Zytronic plc (the 'Company') was notified on 30 June 2010 that Mr David Banks, the non-executive Chairman of the Company from today, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at 175p each that day. As a result of this transaction Mr Banks and his wife are interested 24,545 ordinary Shares representing 0.17% of the issued share capital of the Company.
