Director Shareholding
The Company was today notified that on that on 6 June 2016, Executive Chairman Peter Scott sold 10,560,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") at 3.210p per share and that at the same time his personal SIPP purchased 10,560,000 Shares at 3.211p per Share. Mr Scott's total interest in the Company remains unchanged at 16,644,776 Shares, representing 2.55 % of the Company's issued share capital.
