Director Shareholding 25 July 2013 - London, UK - Verona Pharma plc (AIM: VRP.L) (the "Company") hasreceived notification that, on 24 July 2013, Claire Poll, an executive directorof the Company, acquired on that date 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each inthe Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.7 pence per share. As a result, Ms. Poll has an interest in the Company of 4,750,000 OrdinaryShares, representing 1.41% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
