19 December 2008 Personal Group Holdings plc (the Company) DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The Company has been informed by Mr Roger Green, that on 19 December 2008 he purchased 12,500 Ordinary Shares of 5p each, representing 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company, at a price of 210.0 pence per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Mr Green is interested in 45,627 shares, representing 0.15 % of the total shares in issue.
