Director Shareholding
The Company announces that it has today been notified by Andrew Woollett, Executive Chairman, that on 11 December 2013 a member of his family purchased 1,953 Ordinary Shares at a price of 14.645 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Woollett is interested in 4,175,596 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.08% of the existing ordinary share capital of the Company. 800,000 of these shares are registered in the name of EFG Trust Company Limited, 138,889 are registered in the name of Funds Direct Nominees Ltd, his pension fund, and a further 281,160 are held in the name of his children.
