Atlantic Coal, the AIM quoted anthracite coal mining company operating in Pennsylvania, USA, has been informed that Stephen Best, Managing Director of Atlantic Coal, today acquired 3,730,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.2638p per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Best now has a total beneficial interest in 209,342,882 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 4.49% of the Company's total issued share capital. 205,612,882 of these Ordinary Shares are held in the name of Mary Best, wife of Stephen Best.
