Armadale, the AIM quoted investment company focused on natural resource projects in Africa, announces that on 20 May 2014 it was notified that on that day, Justin Lewis, director of the Company, purchased 23,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 0.1 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Justin Lewis holds 83,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 2.27per cent of the Company’s issued share capital.
