Egdon Resources PLC25 October 2005 Egdon Resources plc Director Shareholdings Egdon Resources plc (the "Company") was informed yesterday that Non-ExecutiveDirector Walter Roberts yesterday purchased 150,000 ordinary shares in theCompany at a price of 63.83p each and 50,000 ordinary shares at 70.5p each. MrRoberts is now beneficially interested in 776,750 ordinary shares, representing1.5% of the current issued share capital.
