Celtic PLC14 May 2007 CELTIC PLC Celtic plc ("the Company") was notified today that Brian Quinn, non-executiveChairman of the Company, acquired 33,745 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in thecapital of the Company today, at a price of 58.75 pence per share. The shareswill be registered in the name of a nominee, Brooks MacDonald Services Limited. Following the transaction, Mr Quinn will be interested in 109,862 OrdinaryShares representing 0.13% of the issued capital in that class and 0.11% ofoverall voting rights.
