Retirement of Board Director

Wynnstay, the agricultural and retail group, announces that Mel Jones, Sales Director, will be retiring from the Board at the end of September 2009 after more than 45 years with the business. Mel joined the Board in 2001.

Ken Greetham, Chief Executive of Wynnstay, said,

"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Mel Jones for his tremendous dedication and hard work over the last four decades. Mel has played a key role in the successful growth of the business during that time and we wish him all the best in his retirement."
