Director-Designate Appointment

The Company confirms that it has recruited Cielo Malaluan Cartwright (nee Bicol), as Financial Director Designate of the Company, to succeed Paul Tiffany, with effect from 1 January 2018.

At this stage, it is not intended that Cielo will be appointed Finance Director of the Company (as a board director) until a probationary period has been successfully passed. It is currently anticipated that this will occur by 1 June 2018 and a further announcement will be made at that time if Cielo is to be appointed to the board.

Cielo Cartwright , aged 54, was previously Finance Director at Harry Hall International Limited and Finance Director and Managing Director of Chaucer Foods Limited where she gained considerable experience in a manufacturing company supplying overseas blue chip companies and experience in running and consolidating overseas subsidiaries. She is currently a director of Froneri Iberia SL; Helados Y Postres; Community Links (Northern) Limited and Silver Sky (UK) Limited.

In the last five years she was previously a director of Froneri Iberia Ice Cream Holding SL; Harry Hall International Limited; Exova (UK) Limited; and Headingley Enterprise and Arts Centre Limited.

Cielo does not hold any shares in the Company.
