Pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, Dr Royston Drucker (Chief Medical Officer of the Company) has become aware that Technomark Consulting Services Limited, a company of which he was a non-executive director until his resignation on 08 June 2007, entered a company voluntary arrangement on 17 March 2008.
