DIRECTOR DECLARATION

In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), JLIF advises it has been notified of the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies held by a member of the Board.

Ms. Helen Green was appointed as a non-executive director of UK Mortgages Limited on 16 June 2016.

UK Mortgages Limited was admitted to trading on the Official List of the UKLA and trading on the Special Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange on 7 July 2015.
