The Group has been notified that on 15 February 2013 Alan Quilter, Group Chief Operating Officer, sold 300,000 ordinary shares in the Group at a price of 122 pence per share.

Following this transaction Mr Quilter holds 4,046,456 ordinary shares, which represents 8.14% per cent of the Group's issued share capital (excluding shares held by the Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT") which has waived its voting rights).

- acquires and manages a portfolio of insurance receivables, with a carrying cost of c.£8.1m as at 30 June 2012;

The Group was founded by Ken Randall, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive, and Alan Quilter, Chief Operating Officer.
