NetPlay TV plc (AIM: NPT), the interactive gaming company, announces that the following director dealings have taken place:

Andrew Lapping 

Transfer of shares from own holding to wholly owned SIPP.

Number of shares transferred: 133,000 

Number of shares now held in own name: 2,081,722 

Number of shares now held in SIPP: 333,000 

Date of Company notification: 25 August 2009

These shares were transferred on 25 August 2009 at an average price of 30p per share. 

The Hamilton Portfolio Limited, a company of which Mr Lapping is the Managing Director, has an interest in 675,000 ordinary shares. Hindley Investments Limited and Northern Edge Limited, both companies of which Mr Lapping is a director, have interests in 13,271,000 and 400,000 ordinary shares in the Company respectively. Mr Lapping therefore has an aggregate interest of 16,760,722 ordinary shares, representing 8.6 per cent. of the Company's enlarged total issued share capital.
