Northern Bear announces that it has received notification that Graham Jennings, Managing Director of the Company, purchased 85,714 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of 35.0 pence per share, on Thursday 27 March 2014 (the "Transaction").

 

Following the Transaction Mr. Jennings is now interested in 1,254,038 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.1 per cent. of the share capital of the Company.
