Director Dealing

Savannah Petroleum announces that on 15 July 2016, Steve Jenkins, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, and Mark Iannotti, Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 198,200 and 821,400 ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company respectively (the "Transaction"). This Transaction was carried out to meet a portion of their ordinary course tax liabilities incurred following the vesting of their pre-IPO share awards.

As a result of the Transaction, Steve Jenkins and Mark Iannotti now have an interest in 301,800 and 2,793,887 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.14% and 1.31% of the Company's issued share capital, respectively.
